Hello
We are flying Gatwick to Tampa with BA and wondered if anyone could offer any info anyone ever used this route. What are BA like customer service , reliability, do they have seat back tvs . Anyone with top tips or info Id really appreciate it. Cant find a website that would help but maybe Im being dozy!

Think they use similar Boeing 777's to the one's they use for Orlando so should have the AVOD IFE, with a bigger library of films and ones you can play and pause on demand.

I've flown this route a few times:
- The film choice is good and as Loftus said you can pause them. Films are up to date and they have classic films too. If you go on this link sortly before you leave you can see what's going to be shown on your flight: http://www.britishairways.com/travel/entertainhighlights/public/en_gb
- The food was ok - standard choice of chicken or beef.
- Flight has been on time every time I've flown
- Last year I flew with Virgin and BA and I felt BA was a bit nicer but they're not too different.

Have a great holiday :thumbsup2

Immigration at Tampa can be slow as there are only a few officials. Try to get off the plane quickly and don't dawdle on the walk through to the hall. There is normally a stop for the sniffer dog to inspect your handluggage.
