If you have not arrived, they will deliver to Bell Services. Items that need to be refrigerated will be separated from non-perishables and Bell Services will keep it cold.
When you arrive, you can opt to pick it up at Bell Services and take it to your room. Or Bell Services can deliver to your room, but you must be there to receive it and tipping is expected.
You can also meet them in the front lobby.
They are a great service; I would use them first over any other service offered - their website is very helpful and very user friendly.
We used garden grocer last year, had it delivered prior to our arrival, called desk services and it was there - you need to mention if you have anything refrigerated as well or they may only deliver the dry goods to your room. Great service, I highly recommend!
Never had an issue with GG. We used them our last 3 trips, and no problems. They can get stuff not on their list if you ask them in advance. Good luck.
I would say it depends on the meal plan you are getting. If you are getting the Deluxe plan... it may not be worth it to get groceries.
We order groceries when we are on the standard dining plan. We will have breakfast items, water, snacks, sunscreen, and items for a meal or two delivered. That gives us the option to do signature restaurants or dinner shows that will use 2 meals at a time.
