Not sure where they are exactly located. We used them in May for the first time, and I will never go to disney without using them again. They were great.

I notice that the customer checks a 2 hour window for delivery. Does that mean that groceries are only delivered directly to us and not to Bell Services? What if we have not yet arrived? We don't arrive until @7:30 p.m. so probably won't be in the room until after their 9:00 end time. I suppose we could request delivery the next morning, but I was hoping to be out the door early.

They will deliver to bell services if you are not there. I understand that bell services will keep your cold stuff cold for you. I have read that if you order alcohol that you will have to be there to accept delivery.

I looked at Garden Grocer too but the two hour window threw me as well. We don't usually arrive until around 9pm. If they deliver directly to us, we could miss them and then I didn't want to be forced to wait around the next morning for delivery. Does anyone know if they deliver to the front desk or bell services?
