Garden grocer question...

I placed my order last night, and had some problems picking a time slot. I called first thing this morning and the lady I spoke with said to just reply to the email with the time slot I wanted and someone would contact me. Have you ever replied to the email with questions/concerns, and how long did it take to get a response back?

I replied to the email about some alcohol that I ordered and they answered me within 15 minutes. Then I emailed again a few days later and same thing, super quick response.
 
Not to hijack your thread but I also have a question about Garden Grocer. We are staying a week at CBR from June 13-20. How far in advanced can you or should you place your order?

Thank you. I emailed last night, and had no response. I called and it seemed like the lady on the phone was being inundated with calls, so she didn't want to help me. I decided to just call back, because if I didn't get the delivery time I originally wanted, I needed to make other arrangements for some items. The second lady I spoke with was great, problem solved.

Terri - I would order as far in advance as you can, because you cannot see the delivery dates/times available until you check out.
