We'll be driving to Disney, so we could pack some non perishables and pick up some milk when we get close to the World. I don't know what our van will look like packed for the 5 of us for 9 days, plus the 18-20 hr. drive down. Has anyone who's driven down used garden grocer or would that just be a colossal waste of $$$?

I would drive down with the perishable and buy milk in the gift shop. Or stop before you enter WDW.

We have used the grocery delivery services before, but only when we fly, when we drive we stop at the store our selves.

The services while convenients are terribly expensive and they also have a minimum order amount ($50 I think).

We've done both and based on your circumstances as you've mentioned them, I'd just do a grocery stop outside of WDW. The selection will be better as will be the prices.
