Garden Grill Lunch?

We are leaving tomorrow morning, I called today and was easily able to get a PS for Garden Grill on Saturday. I made it for 2pm figuring a late lunch would be better for character interaction since the bulk of the people will be gone. Did I make an error in judgement? Is earlier better or is later better? The CM said pretty much anytime was open.... if we decide to go early will they seat us even if our PS is for later?

I don't think you made an error in judgement! I will tell you though that my family has been to the Garden Grill during peak lunch hours before, and we have never felt shorted or rushed on the character interaction. The way the tables are set up in this revolving restaurant always means that the interaction you have at this restaurant will feel really personal, no matter the time or the number of people there. It sounds as though you (or your tummies) may prefer eating earlier than 2:00. If so, I would not hesitate to call back and change your PS to an earlier time. Or, just showing up earlier and trying to score a table without a PS, and then cancelling your 2:00 PS, is also an option.

Thanks! I honestly don't know what my tummy (or more importantly, DD5's tummy) is going to want. DH thinks the later time is they way to go, so I guess we will keep that PS for now. If we get hungry earlier, we'll head over there and see what happens. I know if my DD is otherwise involved, food will be far from her mind (wish I could say the same for myself).
