My DD10 is very picky. Would they bring out a kids skillet for her even though she is over 9? Also do they have any other desserts besides Vanilla Bread Pudding. I was just looking at the menu and saw no good desserts!

Yes they will. My 11 YO ate the food from the kids menu in Feb. They charged us for an adult meal, but it was worth it...at least he ate something he liked. They also have decorate your own cupcakes for the kids.

Once you've paid the adult price, they'll bring you whatever you want. And you can request more if you want. We went last August and DD13 wanted some mac and cheese and they brought her out a bowl of that, even tho it is part of the kid's skillet.

The dessert we had was a bust! One big flaky pastry filled with whipped cream and berries, to be shared. Looked beautiful, but we couldn't cut the dang thing! By the time I got some of it on everyone's plate, it was a mess, and we were laughing so hard, we couldn't eat it!

They used to have a wonderful apple betty with vanilla bean ice cream for dessert. All and all, we love the food and have enjoyed quite a few dinners here.

We're looking forward to eating there this year :) On a note about the kids eating off the adult menus and the adults eating off the kids menus....don't just assume you can if you pay the adult price. We paid the adult price 2 years ago at Whispering Canyon and the server said my son had to eat off the adult skillet.....even though he would have preferred to have the childs.

Wow - that's weird! You know, we've never eaten at WCC because those dang servers just seem too bossy, partner!

Maybe the servers at Garden Grill are just nicer - or ours was anyway! LOL!

We ate there in November and our server brought out both an adult and child's skillet for me and my son (10, so considered an adult). He also brought him out the kid's decorate your own cupcake...my son thought that was the best dessert of the entire trip!
