I had the same problem...I called and they told me to log out...it would keep my items in shopping cart and try promo code FWN1WN2V9V59. Hope this works...it saved me over 100.00.

Luckily I know someone who has the actual card because I want to hit the Gap outlet this weekend. I checked Gap.com and they don't have the particular sweaters that I'm looking for. I just bought one at the outlet during the Black Friday sale, so I know they have them so I'll just head back to the store this weekend with the card.
