Gabby's Make a Wish trip!

After our Wish Day, Lora and Marissa planned a Family Meeting to review our itinerary. They sat us down, went through our trip day by day, and planned out what rides we want to go on, where to eat, etc.

So, I present, :lmao:, our final itinerary, as developed by the 13 and 11 yr olds....

Thursday:
Limo pick up at 6:45. Breakfast at the airport (this is SO early, we're only 5 minutes from SNA, and our flight is at 9. Zoinks, time to kill!). 45 minutes to change planes in Pheonix (zoinks again!). Land in Orland, 6:10pm. <-- is this enough time to make it to the 7:45 orientation??

Friday:
Breakfast at GKTW, Animal Kingdom, lunch at Flame Tree (tentatively). Possibly mid-day break to resort hop on the monorail line. Evening at Magic Kingdom.

Saturday:
Breakfast at GKTW, Islands of Adventure, for Harry Potter. To be super honest, we've not done much research on US/IoA - the girls briefly looked over the websites, and did a little big of looking around, but I think in general, the consensus was that we want to check out IoA, and we can take or leave US. We'll see!

Sunday:
Down time, hang out at GKTW, pool, visit with my husband's family before they leave, and DTD.

Monday:
EPCOT! Breakfast at Akershus, and spending the whole day at the park.

Tuesday:
Magic Kingdom!! We definitely want to be there for rope drop, so we'll probably pick up breakfast at the bakery. Lunch/Dinner, play it by ear.

Wednesday:
Chef Mickey's at 10am, and our flight home at 2:30. Boo.

48 hours!!!!

Looks like your presentation party at Chilis was a blast! It is good to see Marissa and Lora atke over the planning reigns, it shows how excited they are! Now begins the countdown to the trip!

Yay for getting your information. :dance3: Looks like your wish volunteers did an awesome job with the party! And the Chilis staff sound wonderful too! I am sure you breathed a sigh of relief when you finally had all your travel information.

The trip meeting called by the girls made me laugh. :goodvibes I think it is awesome that they want to be involved in the planning. From someone who is always left to plan everything for everyone, I would more than welcome input from my DH and DS next time. Your plans sound wonderful. Makes me wish we had another trip planned.

I am still in awe of all the awesome gifts you received. The dresses for the girls are so beautiful and I love all the shirts for the entire family. The eye spy bags and other activities will certainly help pass the time while travelling. I'm sure you will have fun spending those gift cards too! I hope the headbands fit the girls okay. I'm sure my DS does too after having to put up with me measuring his head before I made a couple of them! :lmao: He also hopes they like the fabrics since he helped me pick out some of them.

Only one more day, right? I hope your trip is absolutely fabulous! Have a great time and hope you get lots and lots of pixiedust:!

Joining in and caught up on all the preplanning. WOW - there's a lot of talent dis'ers out there that made a lot of great outfits and items for the family.

Hope Gabby and the entire family is having a wonderful time! Can't wait to hear all about it!!

I totally missed this entire pre-trippie!! :( How super sad!!

I am going to go back and read the whole thing anyway, though! I hope you guys had a GREAT time!

I put a link to your pre-trip report on the Wish Trippers thread - it looks like a lot of people found you anyway - but I wanted them all to be able to find your trip report, if you get to write one. :)

Hope you had a BLAST!!
