Just noticed this on the Disney site and didn't see it posted elsewhere:
"Outage Notification: Please be advised that we will be updating our systems to serve you better. During this enhancement, beginning on November 16, 2010 at 5 p.m. ET, online bookings and bookings through the Disney Reservation Center will be unavailable. We do expect to return to full functionality by the morning of November 17, 2010 and apologize in advance for any inconvenience. Please note that these dates and times are subject to change. "

you gotta be freakin kidding me, we leave on the 17th, if anything happens to my adr's again, I will freak!
 
When I called in around 7 pm, part of the on hold message was announcing this, so I think it is pretty accurate.

I will also be getting ready to go at this time...I will die if my ressies get mixed up!
 
My best advice to anyone leaving around this time would be to PRINT your email confirmations if you have them. If you don't have email confirmations, at the very least bring your confirmation numbers with you. Fortunately it should affect everyone, so you should be able to get in once you actually get to the restaurant.

thanks, I will make sure to print my actual screen on the morning of the 15th and if I can the evening of also so that my print date will show!!

So on the 16th I won't be able to book anything online, but I will still be able to call in? Great. I bet the wait on the phone is going to be a nightmare.
 
I don't even think that the CM will be able to book anything, so calling in would not do anything either...am I incorrect in this thinking?
 
its going to be out for a short period.....five pm on the 16th and should be up and running the next morning on the 17th.......
Those who are going ..it is a good idea to have your confirmation numbers with you ...they give them to you when you call in or when you make your reservations on line.....
For those who are planning on those days..just be aware that the phones may be busy after the upgrade
 
Oh boy, they still haven't fixed all the glitches from their last "upgrade."

I hope after the fix, I get to see my ADR's again. I don't see mine even when I put it the confirmation numbers:headache:. I called and the CM said its there. I'm hoping for the best.:rolleyes::scared:
