I called WDW this morning and had them credit my room balance with the
$10 web certificate. I was happy because I didn't want to pay for the
card, but wanted to apply the card toward our Disney vacation. It was not
a problem at all. In case anyone was interested...

This was my first web cert. from a reward program, so if this is common
knowledge to the rest of you, bear with me!
