FYI hold music stopped working but it's still connected

Just an FYI if anyone is experiencing the waiting music stop on the booking line for experiences. It happened to me but I stayed on and every few minutes the reminder to use online/the app is still playing so it's still connected, just the hold music is malfunctioning I guess.

Thank God for small favors! I love Disney music, but their on-hold system sounds like

Did anyone get just dead silence? I was on hold with a 2+ hour wait time and had 18 minutes of hold music before silence. The line is still connected and counting.
