FW First Timer ?

Hi everyone. We will be staying in the FW cabins in December. I have been reading everything I can about the FW resort and the cabins. I am concerned about the transporation at FW. It seems that to get anywhere within the resort you have to use the Buses, is this right? We will be driving to WDW and will use are car to go to the parks. Can we use it within FW to go to the marina or dining hall?

You are part right, and part wrong.

To go to the parks you can either use the buses which will take you to the Transportation center, or you can catch a launch and which will take you to the Magic Kingdom, where you can transfer to a monorail and go to Epcot or the transportation center.

Inside FW, you can walk, take a bus, ride a bike, or rent a golf cart to get around. You can not use a car to go to the marina or Pioneer Hall, as there is no parking at those locations.
