I would love to make a short tent-camping trip to FW next year. DH is very outdoorsy, and camps a lot, but usually in the backcountry. We try to avoid campgrounds because he is very sensitive to smoke and being near campfires is hard on him. But he said it would still be fun to camp at Disney.
I know there are restrictions on what kind of fires people can have, but are campfires in general common? Or do people tend to be too busy out and about at the parks to bother?
I know there's no guarantee we wouldn't end up next to one regardless, but was just curious what was "normal".
Also, a couple of other general questions... Is there much shade at the sites? And does it tend to be quiet or noisy at night/late evening?
Thanks for any help you can give!!
