Future World touring with a 4 year old....

Can any of you that have done this part of Epcot with a 4 year old help me decide what the 'must-do's' are? Better yet, what are the 'don't bothers'. My 4 1/2 year old is very mature, loves learning new things but is very timid about noisy and or/dark attractions. Last time at WDW we did not even see this part of Epcot at all (she was only 1 1/2) because the World Showcase was calling our names(it will be this time too, but we will try harder not to listen to it as much LOL).

Suggestions/ideas would be most welcome.

*Land - a ride and some shows
*Living Seas - really cool
*Imagination - lots of fun
*Innovations - fun exhibits and interactive things, we made paper!

Ok for Future World my 6 year old nephew who was four when I took him really liked Test Track, Spaceship Earth was ok, liked the Living Seas, liked HISTA but was scared to death in the Imagination ride (the dark with the train whistle really got to him and this was the only ride he was really bothered by on our whole trip). We also did the Land boat trip because I wanted to and he was ok for it.

Our kids, now 5 and 7, loved making cookies at the Nestle booth in The Land. The Ice/Freeze station, Ellen's Energy Adventure(though this is dark and scary in some parts especially if she's afrid of dinosaurs), Test Track, Figment,. Also, two "shows" - Kristos and Jammitors. They thought Kristos was even cooler when they found out it was a mom and two sons - I'm still amazed at that myself! Have fun.

Thanks for the replies...anyone else with feedback? I'd love to read more. We're in the same boat. We've pretty much always skipped Future World because our kids were small --
1st trip - DD 18 m
2nd trip - DD 2.5 yo, DD 8 m
3rd trip - DD 4, DD 2, and DS 10 m

But, on this next trip they will be 6, 4 and almost 3. We are very much looking forward to giving Future WOrld ago - but aren't sure what to try! Any suggestions about the Innoventions Pavillions, too? Any feedback would be appreciated!

Ellen's Energy Adventure is WDW tamer dinosaur ride. It features a slow ride through an animatronic primordial swamp filled with life-sized anamatronic dinosaurs. (They are the dinosaurs from Fantasia, actually. If you know the movie, you will recognize them.)

The downsize is that it is a LONG ride, nearly an hour, and there is no way to bail after the dinos. There are some dark parts, and one really loud part when they illustrate the Big Bang theory.

DS has loved this ride since he was 2. He would KILL us if we skipped it. He also loves Body Wars, but that pavilion is on limited opening right now. Also, don't forget the aquarium in the Living Seas. (Hint: if you want to skip the movie and cut straight to the fish tanks, go over to the exit door and wait for someone to leave; you can slip in when the doors open.) Caution on HISTA: have easily startled children sit in the seat with their legs crossed up; this will avoid the "ground effects" that make you think that mice, etc. are under your feet. Have them keep the glasses off if they are afraid of snakes.

DS is 7; he adores FW, it's his favorite park. Just by contrast, he thinks most of WS is dull; the only things he likes are Maelstrom and the playground, and the model trains in Germany.
