I've always enjoyed reading the posts where people relate funny things overheard or seen at the parks. We just returned from WDW yesterday and these were just a couple of things we saw/heard:
We were at MK one day and saw a man pointing to the castle and telling his son, "I think that's the Magic Kingdom over there..."
In Tomorrowland, we saw a family walking around and each was eating Chef Boyardee canned pasta right out of the cans!
Man inside the castle showing the mosaics to his daughter, "Look honey...it's Sleeping Beauty!"
At the Poly Luau, we sat next to a couple who were honeymooning (note the bride/groom mickey ears!). They didn't speak to each other the entire time!!
Not funny, but......one night we were waiting at MK for our bus back to the Dolphin. A woman was waiting with her HUGE double stroller loaded with packages and 1 infant and 1 small toddler. When the bus pulled up, she tried to board without folding the stroller. The bus driver wouldn't let her board unless it was folded and she proceeded to spend the next 10 minutes arguing with the driver about how "all the other bus drivers" had been letting her board. Once she finally realized he wasn't going to budge, she and her husband then spent the next 10 minutes unloading the packages and getting the thing folded. We just decided to wait for the next bus!!
Anyone else?

). Similar funnies, visuals and vocals, were being put forth. They were as funny and as hilarious as these. One poster said the strangest thing she had seen (that was the title of the thread, Strangest things seen at the World (or similar wording)) was a couple sitting on the City Hall steps in MK, each eating corn from cans. She said it just looked sort of weird, ya know, eating canned corn on the City Hall steps.
A few more posters down, someone added, again, kind of like above, that they were just sitting there at their computer, smiling and laughing, thinking of the visualization of the corn eaters at City Hall. They said that it seemed so strange, weird, LOL. A few more people chimed in that they too thought it was so very funny, and before you knew it the thread had turned into a canned corn thread. It did get back on track and the thread became a DIS classic, now gone forever though.
), used his wonderfully witty literary talents and wrote 'the history and story behind the City Hall corn eating couple'. That 'story', and subsequent post replies, was one of the most hilarious threads ever on the CB. It too, is gone forever, somewhere along the line in board crashes, moves or archiving.
