On one our trips while flying to Disney, we were sitting in front of a couple with a small girl. She was very quiet throughout most of the flight. As we were descending for our approach to the airport the little girl must have leaned forward and looked out the window for this is what I heard:

Look at all those trees.

It's like a jungle down there.

They must be crawling with monkeys.

I almost died from the snickers... :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

My one girlfriend had never been on a plane before and was looking to me for comfort....BIG mistake :rotfl: I was sitting by the window, she didn't want to be anywhere near it....at one point, I looked out the window and said, "damn, I sure hope we didn't need that." She started to freak out :rotfl: Awwww, good times :smokin:

It's dh's first time going to Disney. He's awake the whole flight. The captain comes on and says "We are starting our final approach to Orlando International Airport" I look over and dh is dead asleep! WTH?? He was awake 2 minutes ago. So I lean over and snort at him. His head jerks up and he looks around totally confused. He finally looks at me and says "Did I just snore or was that you?" :rotfl2: The flight attendant standing near by found it pretty amusing too!!

Hey! That was a family secret!! :ssst:

Last year on our flight to WDW, I was sitting across the aisle from my DH and two kids (we kept switching back and forth during the flight).

Well as we neared Orlando, there were of course afternoon showers, so it got really bumpy! At one point my head hit the overhead bin above me.

Right after that my DS said "Is this like the rides at Disney World? Lets do that again Dad!" :rotfl: :rotfl:

DD7 took her first plane ride to Orlando last January. We were on the first flight out of DFW, and the plane was packed. DD was "oohhing" and "aahhhing" out the window. She suddenly got the most excited look on her face and asked, in all seriousness, "Do we get to go upside down?" The kind gentleman sitting in front of us, who had been quite amused by her excitement up until that point, turned around and stated, "Good Lord, I hope not!" :teeth:

I took my oldest niece to WDW for the first time 3 years ago when she was seven...it was her first time flying. So we took off and were in the air about 5-10 minutes and she looks out the window for awhile and then turns to me and says "So where's heaven?"

From the mouths of babes... ;)
