Funny thing I heard on the news this morning

I was listening to the weather on the morning news today. This is what the weatherman said about today's forecast:

"It will be a comfortable 34 degrees today...."


Never in my wildest dreams would I of imagined the words 'comfortable' and '34 degrees' used in the same sentence!! I guess the fact that we had below normal temps for the past 17 days has gotten us accustomed to the cold weather! And you know what......it felt almost balmy outside today!!

we went out store hopping today and I never though I would say it, but said to DH wow it is not to cold out here...LOL

How sad is it when 34 degrees feels ok. You know it has been to cold when you can say that.

I walked out to the store in a sweatshirt and told my son that it felt tropical... LOL!

It's amazing how comfortable 34 degrees can feel after a few days of below zero temps. Never thought I would say <i>that</i> either!

I love 30 degree weather.....thats cold for us down here and I love cold!! I could live in say high 30 degree weather. I love it!

The tropical weather had me thinking of spring cleaning( throwing) and looking at new bird feeders!!!
