As I am sitting here, sick, listening to my Eminem CD I started wondering, who likes him and who thinks he is a drug addict with issues?? I'm also trying to lighten the mood. So... do you love him or hate him???

I don't agree with some of the things he says and does but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy his music.

I'm listening to "The Eminem Show" and it's my favorite CD!! My mom doesn't like him but everyone else does. My brother LOVES "My Dads Gone Crazy!!"!!!!! Me and my friend Josh are wearing out our cds!! I'm listening to "White America" now.

I LOVE Eminem. Hot, hot, hot. Sure, his lyrics are shocking at first, but if you really sit and listen to them, he explains a lot of what he says and why he says it and that it shouldn't be taken seriously, etc. They're actually compelling....the swearing...well....it fits, I guess and I'm a grown up, so I can listen to someone swear if I want.

I love my husband, but if I was ever put on Temptation Island with Eminem.....I guess I wouldn't sacrifice my life for a few hours (and hours and hours) of pleasure, but boy it's fun to think about!

I rap along with him on my commute home. For anyone who has ever tried to navigate 128, 93 and 95 in Massachusetts, you'll understand why I DON'T have the edited version. I need to swear during my ride home!

Eminem....I think he's great. In fact, tonight is Eminem Night at my house - we're watching 8 Mile. Don't ruin it for me, but I'm really hoping he takes his shirt off at some point.

I love Eminem. And like someone else said, if you get past the swearing (or listen to the edited version) his lyrics are really good.

AllyandJack, you'll enjoy the movie. After seeing it, "Lose Yourself" will make a lot more sense.

I really like Eminem a lot. I have a couple of his CDs. I am an adult so I can have the unedited version I have to say though that I can not stand the "My Dad's Gone Crazy" Song. The Eminem lyrics in it are fine, but his daughter's voice just totally grates on my nerves. I think she sounds like a demented Donald Duck. My SO knows that if we are listening to that CD in the car he better press skip when it comes to that song.

Oh and you should really like the movie. I thought he did a great job in it. I was skeptical at first that he could do the "acting" thing, but he was awesome in the part. Much better than other contemporary artists who think they can be actors ***cough cough Britney Spears cough cough**

My mom and dad won't let me watch 8 Mile. Icreally want to see it. They are just convinced that just because Eminem is in it, it is worse than any other thing on tv.

I love Eminem and I'm 32. My mom bought 8Mile for my 14 year old DD and I watched it yesterday morning. I loved it! He was really good in it. I have also been listening to the 8 Mile soundtrack in my car. My Dd has some of his CD's (unedited) and we (self, DD and my mom) all listen to it. The lyrics really make alot of sense.
