we were staying in the ASMO resort and while we were getting ready to go out we heard this young boy say to his dad "Dad, your farts smell of eggs" we were all in hysterics:rotfl: :rotfl:

During my family's trip in May of 2005, we were getting on the parking lot tram, heading to AK. Another family was getting off, heading to their car. The father must have been at his limit with his two kids, probably about 3 and 5. He had one of those mister fans. He said that the next one to whine would get squirted in the face. :rotfl: We still laugh at that comment.

Funniest comment I have ever heard by FAR!!!
Okay, so we are at Typhoon Lagoon one afternoon standing in line waiting for the lazy river. Next to me is the nicest looking boy, about 5 or 6 years old. As we are waiting for the next group of tubes to become available, I notice some guy in a pair of Speedos walking out of the river  . This man was not in the best shape either. As he started to walk towards us, the kid next to me in sheer amazement, looks up at his mother and says “mom that guy has on undies, you said no undies. He has on undies right mom?” Needless to say the kid was RELENTLESS on his incidental verbal attack. His mother started pulling him in the water and placing him in the tube…but the kid kept on saying things as he floated away. “Mom did you see that guy had on undies?” “You said no undies mom.” As for the Speedo guy, he looked back once, but continued to walk away. There was a nice crowd of people who all had that [I want to laugh but I won’t] look on their face.

We were laughing :lmao: when we got into the water. It didn’t seem to upset the guy but I felt a little sorry for him. Parents…be careful what you tell your kids. They may just bring it up at the worse time.

In the early '90s, back when my family was dedicated to being in line at the gates prior to park opening, we were standing in the crowd waiting to enter MK. The opening ceremony included a small marching band with a conductor. The wife of the couple in front of us pointed to the conductor and very seriously informed her husband..."Look there, that must be Walt Disney leading the band." Now, everytime we see live musicians in WDW we ask why Walt's not conducting...:rotfl:

This is a great thread! (And, this is my first post! :) )

This past Feb. my family was staying at WL. Well, my Aunt had the greatest idea, we should eat at the "Roaring Fart", I didn't know that the Roaring Fork had changed its name;) We still tease her about it, it was the funniest thing. I ofcourse, call the Flame Tree BBQ just "BBQ tree":rotfl: I can never remember the name correctly:confused3

Here's mine; A few years ago a friend and I were walking through the world showcase in Epcot. There was a group of teenage girls in front of us. One said to the other," What country are we in now, Paris?" One of the other girls said "NO, we are in Italy" Another girl replied" Duh.... Italy is in Paris!" The other girls were just like "OH, thats right, I forgot!" My friend and I were already a little tipsy from the margaritas in Mexico, so we had such a good laugh over that!:lmao:

Oh, sure. Of course Italy is in Paris, didn't you know? It's just outside of Denver I believe. :lmao:

On the boat back to Boardwalk from EPCOT, one guy says to another...

"So what's this place?"
"This is the Boardwalk. It's part of Downtown Disney".

Of course, I can laugh. Until our October I had the same idea...

Ok, so we weren't AT WDW when DS said this, but he just mentioned it yesterday...

I was talking about our next trip (next May) and asking DS (nearly 3) what rides he would like to go on again when we go back. He was talking and talking about riding on the flying floors. Took the longest time for me to figure out that he meant the Magic Carpets! And people told me that he wouldn't remember our last trip because he was so young. He remembers, his memories just need a little translation, that's all!

cute! Yes, it is amazing what they can remember at such a young age.

My nephew just asked me today where we are staying on our next trip. I told him probably AKL. He said they are staying at the Jazz Inn. I told him there was no such thing. He insisted that there is. I told him that I think they are staying at ASMo. He still insisted that it is the Jazz Inn. I guess he'll see when he gets there.

You might want to rethink your position. Jazz is a section of ASMu

While at Epcot, my 10 yr old brother had to go to the bathroom and take care of some business. As he was in there, is started POURING!
As soon as it had started, the rain stopped. Little brother walks out looking surprised and asked, "Oh, did they wash the floors?"

When we were laughing & telling him it had rained, he said, "Well, it is Disney, they do like to keep things clean!

Just shows you how unexpected & fast those showers can be!
