He did not go into the yard today so we will not know until Thursday unless he goes down to the yard tonight.

We don’t get a xmas bonus anymore. We did one year, we got $500 dollars each separate from our checks! This year we get a fancy xmas party at a well known pub …check it out!

Well that may be good or bad. Will he get an annual raise? Some places I've worked at said no raise but here's an end of year bonus worth a tenth as much. They weren't fooling me and I told everyone else I could how we were being treated.

When the economy went bad they stop giving annualy raises as well as the christmas bonus. So it has been two years for both. He is thinking that since they are doing the christmas bonus that they will start giving a raise again as well. I know the bonus is a percentage of what they made. It used to be 20% when we first started dating then it drop to 15 then 10. I will not know until we get the check. He is just excited that he is getting one. I guess with the extra money we can get a tree or a few extra presents for the nieces and nephews.

The plumber came yesterday and fixed the shower. He is going to recommend to the landlord to completely replace the bathroom since he found a small leak in the wall. I will so miss my pink tub and sink. I was sad when they replaced the pink toilet.

I love that pink tub jenn! Maybe you can get another one!! when i get married, i want my bathroom to be all lime green, the tub ,the sink and the toilet!!


So if your landlord makes you guys pay for those repairs. Then he is sick out of his or her mind… that his the landlords responsibility, so they better do it! and if they don’t jenn, I suggest you start looking for a new place to live…

My old roommate who was in lack of words weireder then weird, he rammed his head into a wall and raised our rent so that he could fix it before the landlord found out..well for one he never fixed the hole and the landlord never found out! And he also broke a bunch of stuff in the house and then proceeded to raise our rent to “fix” those also.. witch again never got fixed.. still trying to figure out where that money went if not to fix those those things.. and FYI he could raise our rent cause he sub-let the other rooms. He was soo awfull as a roommate.. we had cats and the thngs he would do to those poor cats jenn would make your head spin…

What about the motorcyle?

Ohh .. oh yeah I forgot about that. oh jenn, he also used to park not one. But TWO giant motorcyles in our livingroom/sitting area.. he then proceeded to take the couch out of the room and put that in his room., there was not room to walk with those cycles in the room let alone stand or sit! And the room was super tiny! And he would ride them in not turn them off and walk them in on neutral . no he would ride them in with the fumes from the gas filling the apartment..

Our landlord is very good about fixing things. They have not charged us for a thing.
