Umm actually smarty pants. No they are not! Lots of churches and kids schools do bake sales all the time!

I am not joking at all. They have been busitng kids for having lemonade stands and no pernit to have it. It is so sad. It kinda seems like waisting resources. There are far greater crimes out there.
