So Brian called. After 2 years of NO christmas bonus they are giving them out this year. And no it is not for the Jelly of the Month club.

Yea!!! You guys get a X-mas Bonus!! Hopefully you get to do fun stuff with it.

Oh my god Jenn! Did you hear on the news this morning about the Macy's Santa in Union Square??? He got fired b/c he told a dirty joke to 2 adults! That is crazy. They said that that Santa has been there for like 20 years! I thought that was so funny. Not that he got fired, but that it was over something crazy and funny. I would've given him a promotion.

Is it the weekend yet? I am soooooo ready for it to be Friday and 5:00.

omg no not friday yet..but my friday is going to be SWA-EET!!!!!!

becuase we have our xmas party for work at jt schmidts, and it starts at 3pm and goes till 5pm, and then we all head to the bar and drink it up and party! and last year some coworkers made out with other corworkers..it got pretty crazy. we were the loudest group at the bar!! lol lol..and this year i am going to be like "give me my wine and no one gets hurt"

I just read an article on KRON about it. They said there was an older couple that sat on his lap. He asked if they were good and they said yes, so he said that's too bad. The couple asked him why Santa is so jolly, and the Santa replied because he knows where all the naughty girls live!

I love that joke!! It's funny, I just heard that one for the 1st time last week and I love it!!

I can't believe that is the "naughty" joke that Macy's fired him for!

I am not sure how this Friday’s xams party will go. But probably same as last years..becuase see we do our party in the private room. With like buffet type food! Anyhow I am pretty excited! My brother buys all the presents. We each pick a number and then they call off the number 1-45(we have 45 people in our office) and we each get up pick a present an then the next number can either pick another present or take the one that the prev. person got. Anyhow it gets really fun, and we get some good stuff! Last year I got a gift card to victoria’s secret! Oohh la la!!

Sounds pretty fun. So I take it that, later when you move on to the bar, it's no longer open bar?

it never is open bar. the company doesn't pay for the drinks. we have to pay for our own and be responsible about it

I once worked at a place that had free beer after a once a year company meeting at a bar near by. Turns out the free beer was two kegs for 500 people. Do you know how many beers are in a keg? Well two does not contain 500. It was a bit of a joke.

When I worked at a resort. They had a midseason winter olympics were different departments competed in differents sports races and other winter competitions.

At the end was a party where winner were announced and plenty of beer. I saw this a couple times so on my second try I requisitioned twice as much beer. Nobody that worked with supplying the beer noticed that is was more than the year before. Who can remember that far back?

I helped fill cups and that party got crazy!!!
