When Disney World was originally being built, Disney had no plans of making another version of Disneyland's Pirates of the Carribean attraction, because of this area's familiarity with pirates. They were planning on making another attraction called the Western River Expedition in its place. This didn't happen because those who had been or heard about POTC and DL wanted the attraction at Disney World, so a version of it was brought over instead. It was supposed to be built in the area where BTMRR and Splash Mountain now stand. This area was supposed to be called Thunder Mesa.

I had just finished reading all of these in that Walt Disney World never built thing x

Disneyland's Splash Mountain and Walt Disney World's Splash Mountain are different in these reasons:

-DL's SM is located in Critter Country and WDW's SM is located in Frontierland

- Because WDW's SM got located in Frontierland,the Medley for SM had to be changed to make it more "country" like:

- The ride at DL is more faster than WDW,so it's kind of hard to see all the scenes.

- The logs at WDW are more wider than DL's

- At the "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah" Part,WDW has a "Welcome Home Brer Rabbit" Sign.

- The boat where all the animals are on is bigger at DL.

Disney attractions are no higher then 199 feet. This is because if a building is 200 feet or higher, they are required to put a red blinking light on top to warn helicopters.

Walt Disney bought the land for Walt Disney World by using fake companies. One went under the pseudonym of "M. T. Lott" the name of which can be seen on one of the windows on Main Street.

That is so cool! Haha i never knew either of those!

Oh wow! I just watched that video of Hunchback and I did see Belle. She's so tiny its hard to see her.

also, located just to the west of Innoventions West (on the path that leads straight to The Land) is a marker that pinpoints the exact center of Epcot.

I've heard he's in Hunchback, too, but about him showing up as a gargoyle in the final battle. I've also heard that it's not true and that that's a gargoyle that's on the real cathedral that just happens to look a lot like Pumbaa.

Cyril Proudbottom from The Wind In the Willows, King Triton, his trident, several Disney princess dresses, the magic lamp, and the Magic Carpet all appear in The Princess and the Frog.

Cinderella's Prince is named Charming. Snow White's does not have a name.


A guy who goes to my church helped build the Nautilus for the 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea ride. He also built the first Lincoln animatronic for Hall of Presidents. He also worked directly with Walt Disney.

There is also a bugs life poster in Bug's life (couldn't find a pic to share)

also the mobile home in Bug's Life is the same as the one that Randall gets sent to in Monster's Inc.
