Like I really needed to spend money, but I had 4 50% off coupons burning a hole in my wallet! I only used 3 of them, but I'm going back tomorrow!

I got a packet of MM metal letters, a colorblok album and a coluzzle letter template.

Now I need to go downstairs and actually use them!!!

I went today too. Bought a few things for my SS and shrinky dinks. They would only let me use one coupon. I guess I could have gone out and come back in but it was raining cats and dogs out there!

ran in there tonight and bought the 12x12 album with the daisies on the front, and the spot to put your name and a picture, figure I can put the "good" pics of dd in it and give it to her someday... going back tomorrow for the halloween feet for my front lawn, they look really cool. Also want the envelope template, the christmas angel charms and some really cool fuzzy rainbow colored yarn, that should take care of the 4 coupons I have left.... maggie

Yes, where did you get your 50% off coupons? I only saw a 40% off one in Sunday's paper!

In the Washington Post "C" section there was a 50% off. Loved it!

We had a 50 % off coupon also . Trying to figure out how I can convince hubby I need the sizzix machine .

Here is what I told my self and DH why I needed my quickutz
It would save on the cost of stickers...Letter stickers range from 99 cents to $4. Plus if you run out of certain letters you then have to buy another entire pack! LOL!
Granted it was a far stretch...Plus I told him how it would make his life easier...you know what should I get DW for Christmas...easy DIE CUTS!

Oh and I love quickutz and so happy I went that route over the sizzix. It is very portable and they keep coming out with new fonts and dies!

I like both , but the sizzix is in my budget right now . Also with the new adapter they are coming out with I can use my brass embossing templates in them . I will probably pick up shapes before I can get letters ( that will take another 50% coupon ). I may put myself on a ebay freeze for a month ( notice I didn't say scrapbook stores ) .

if not bring him in the store and show them to him telling how much you really want it - and it would be 50% off -
if that still doesn't work - go in the paper isle and take a LONG time trying to pick the right papers - then go to the sticker isle an go ahhh I can't find just the right color to match that paper - if only I had the sizzix I could just punch my letters to match any paper...then contnue to dwadle trying to match leters
