Fultons remodel the new Paddlefish

so I've been to Disney 42 times. Including 6 visits this year. I usually have no problem finding out when and where things are opening but paddlefish seems to be a more "hush hush" operation than the usual Disney magic. Was trying to see if anyone had any info on the new paddlefish which was formerly Fultons crab house In downtown disn..... Disney springs oops. Anyone with info please inform. Thanks to all

No official word from me. But we were there yesterday, and it's still a long way from being complete. Still lots of construction going on.

As Sandy and I got back from WDW 3 days ago.....

Paddlefish is "ConstructionFish". The entire exterior is covered in scaffolding and workers.
Do not look for an opening before Fall 2017.

It now says "Winter" on their FB page..I've been following it closely hoping for a January opening, but from everything I've heard it doesn't look like that will happen.

Well - it could, if the entire US Military were assigned to it .

Seriously - place is currently a wreck, and we are getting unrealistic data from the chain.... I would IGNORE their comments, and look to photos/assessments from board members that have currently BEEN in this area. In this case? The Landry's Chain has no credibility.

All personal opinion - I'm not necessarily right, no one else is necessarily wrong.

I ended up booking an ADR at Homecoming on the night I was saving for Paddlefish, if it opens I'll switch, If not..no big deal. I've heard great things about Homecoming too.

As others have said the place is covered with scaffolding (I was there Veteran's day weekend), If I was an optimist, I would say February/March.

Fulton Crab House just like Portobella and Wolfgang Pucks was run by the Levy's restaurant group and not Landry's. Did this change?

I did not realize paddlefish was a landrys restaurant. Landrys is awful. They are the same people that run rainforest cafe (I don't think I have to say more). I was there end of October and Fultons looked all torn up with the scaffolding up and sheet all around the exterior. My CM friend told me the inside was still totally gutted. I'm thinking their very behind schedule and they'd need a miracle to open before April or May 2017

Paddlefish is a Levy's restaurant, just like Portobella and Disneys Westside Wolfgang Puck's.
