I made some fudge tonight for gifts. I let it set up in the fridge, sliced it and put it in tins. Now... should I put it back into the fridge overnight or leave it as is? Thanks!!
Leave the fudge in the tins. When you leave it the fridge, then the cold air takes out the moisture in the fudge and makes it crumbly. If possible in the future, don't even let it set in the fridge. Just leave it on the counter.
