Ugh !! When we were at disney in december my dad filled out a lil information card to have info sent to him. They tried to send it fed ex and didnt include an apt #. Fed Ex sent it back after ONE attempt to deliever. We wrote the apt # on the door hanger. My mom called Fed Ex and got a rude person and said oh well cant do anything it was sent back its disneys fault for not including the apt #.

So I went online to try and order the dvd. I fill out all my info when I click on continue it tells me We're sorry. The page you are trying to access is currently not available.

Ugh is it always this hard to just get information??!?!
 
Call 1-800-800-9100 and ask for the DVD and information packet. That is the DVC sales office.

Thanks. I finally got it to send on the website. hopefully this time they will remember the apt #
