Frustrated with Lowes delivery--what would you do? Venting.

Thanks. Yes, I wrote to the local store manager. I haven't had any trouble with Lowes anywhere else before so I do think it is a local problem, maybe just in that particular department.

Glad to hear you finally got your washer & dryer. I had a similar experience with Lowe's earlier this year. Ended up getting my appliance somewhere else.

Lowe's is great for in-store purchases that you can carry out. Online and delivery purchases not so much.......poor customer service, stock issues and not at all worth the hassle.
