Hi. I have learnt (thanks) that only sometimes at TS restaurants they will allow you to sub a side salad or soup for dessert.
My wife and mother in law are very health conscious eaters and will not be eating desserts every night. Also what if you are diabetic?
Are there always healthier options such as fruit plate available?

, its usually NOT low carb and not suitable. For a diabetic counting carbs, but that is another soapbox for another day
