Frozen on my iPad - help!

I've just purchased the Frozen DVD that includes the digital download. The last time I did this with Brave, it seemed like a much easier process...

I entered the code in the website (per the instructions in the DVD), and I was taken to the Disney Movies Anywhere website, where I sign in. Then the movie is supposedly linked to my iTunes account, and I'm briefly taken to iTunes, and then back to the Disney Movies Anywhere website. I'm supposed to be able to see Frozen in my "purchased" items in iTunes, but it is not showing up. I downloaded the Disney Movies Anywhere app and am currently downloading the movie through the app (using my DMA account).

Once the movie downloads on the app, will I be able to watch it when I'm not connected to wifi (for example, when I'm on a long flight overseas)? Also, does Disney's use of this app mean I cannot simply download the film to my iTunes account? I prefer to keep all of my movies in iTunes so it's easier to sync on my iPad for long trips and remember what's on there. Not really sure how well this new app is going to work for me...

You can put it on iTunes. Go back to the website where you typed in the code and on the bottom of the screen there should be boxes that say iTunes, amazon prime, netflix, etc. click the iTunes on and it wil go. The same thing happened to me. I don't know the answer to the question about disney anywhere I had the same question. Hope that helps

I had a hard time downloading it with the app too. SO I went to iTunes after I put the code in the app and was able to download it for free because the Disney Anywhere told it I had I had the code I guess. It showed I had to pay for had but sd was paid for.

I am also having an awful time with this but no on my iPad, just my macbook at home. For some reason, my iTunes account is not downloading any of the movies and when I got to iTunes it says I need to buy them again. Frustration 101.

At first The Incredibles did not show up in iTunes for me. I looked again a few days later and it was there. I don't know why there was a delay.

When redeeming through DMA it automatically puts the movie in your itunes. For whatever reason it sometimes just takes time to show up on the ipad or iphone. If you go to the video app, select store, purchases, then movies, you should see it in your list. I have 'forced' the app to see it by downloading it from there. Sometimes it helps to log out of iTunes, give it a few minutes then log back in and it will pop up. In any case, downloading from DMA or itunes will put it on your iPad to watch later, no worries.

There's no need to do this, by redeeming through DMA it goes to your iTunes. You can actually redeem the code to one of those others as a 'back up.' I redeem them at Amazon because my kids have Kindles and they can watch/download from there while we have the iTunes/DMA copies for our iPads.
Anyway, if it's in your DMA account, it's in your iTunes account. Just make sure they're linked. When I first signed up some of my movies didn't show and it turns out I had two DMR accounts. Called them and they fixed it right up for me, merging the two accounts.

This ... the app really functions quite well when you get it properly tied to the right account.
