What should strategy be in November to go on new frozen ride and see the Anna and Elsa? What time do character meet and greets start?

Use FP+ for Frozen Ever After and see A&E at Park Opening.

Royal Summerhaus will open with the Park at 9:00 AM.

If you can get an early ADR at Akershus and can eat fast, I'd go that direction.

Since it's not open yet, and we don't know how well either are going to flow and you have time ... I'd just wait a couple months and see how it is all going. Their popularity at MK has gone down, BUT I think many will want to see the house.

Right now A&E have no FP+, but my hope is the building has the structure to add it if need be. Just like the SW characters at DHS have FP+ structure they just didn't need it.
