The way our schedule for this July is looking, it looks like we'll be in Epcot for two evenings only (we are staying at BCV and will walk over for our dinners). We are normally rope drop people. We're thinking it will be best to FP Test Track one day, and FP Soarin' the other day, because it's more important to us to have a guarantee that we'll get to ride those two. But, we really want to ride FEA also. Do people have success with getting in line at 8:55? Or are we looking at an extremely long wait?

2. Unless there has been a FEA breakdown later in the day, and the lines are out the door,
you should see the majority of guests heading to IllumiNations in the last half-hour, or so, of Epcot's evening.

In my opinion, I'd Fastpass Soarin' and FEA. Out of the 3 rides, those two are gonna have the longer lines, regardless of what time. You'd be waiting in a shorter line at 8:55 for Test Track compared to FEA. If you want to compare, spring break is coming up and will have similar wait times, get the My Disney Experience App and check the wait times a for a couple nights at 8:55.

Epcot has tiers so you can't FP Soarin AND FEA. You'd have to choose between Soarin, FEA, Test Track, or Illuminations

That's my issue here I assume they meant on two different days, given the way I asked.
