Front-of-Line Pass Question

For an upcoming Disneyworld trip, I'm considering spending the first night at Universal. My family flies in from Colorado and usually doesn't get there until about 5:00. I'm thinking we would spend the first night at Portafino Bay and check out the next morning, but spend the day at the park before checking into Disney the 2nd night. What I'm wondering is whether we would have access to the front-of-the-line pass for the day we would spend there. If not, isn't there another pass for front-of-line access that you can buy? I don't know much about Universal, and any help would be appreciated.

You will have your hotel express until the parks close on the day you check out. Great deal for people staying one night! Hope you enjoy Portofino Bay.

Just keep your room key and use it for your express access all day after you check out.
