Sigh..we're been kicked off as well and joining the "20min" queue

Where does it say 20min queue? Starting a few minutes ago, when I click on "Excursion", it doesn't bring me to available excursions. I just keep seeing my Confirmed Reservations. Why did we get kicked out?

It says "your reservation is currently unavailable, please try again in 20 min" so basically I'm stuck not being able to do anything til then. The 20 min is up and I stil can't access my reservation

Thanks for the encouraging words! Its so frustrating. The kids are playing out on the beach and I'm stuck here waiting for the darn website to behave itself

Is it not possible to book two Palo reservations? I've already booked dinner for DH and I on Day 5 (7p). I tried to book for DH, me and my Dad, but there are no 3-party spaces left. So now I'm trying to book Day 13 (6:30p) for Dad & I, and it says:

7:00 Dinner
DH & I

You are changing to this:
7:00 Dinner
DH & I

6:30 Dinner
Dad

Why is it just showing Dad for the 2nd dinner? Can I not go to Palo for a 2nd night?

You can not book a 2nd night online- you are usually able to one onboard.

Thanks! Since we have 2 staterooms, I was able to book DH & I for Day 5 under our reservation #, and Dad solo for Day 13 under his reservation #. I hope once we get on-board, I can add myself to Dad's Palo ressie, as I assume it will be a table for 2.

We got all of our excursions and a dinner at Palo. We will keep checking back for a brunch at Palo. It took about 45 minutes in all...made us do one port at a time...but we were successful!!!!!
Tried to do our Online Check-in...let us do flight info, but for the rest it said we couldn't do that until October 8...?????? Maybe that part of the site is on Pacific Time. We'll try it again in the morning.

We finally got everything straightened out...got excursions and a massage for DH - didn't try for Palo because we are doing it on the 2 night cruise.

I got kicked out too! Why does that happen? Got all of the shore excursions we wanted, but very bummed no brunch for Palo! Do you think there will be reservations available on board? Hope everyone got what they wanted. Good night for now.

I'm wondering what's going on with the two-night cruise - signed on this evening and was able to book Palo for dinner on Friday night at 6 pm, brunch on Saturday at 10 am, and tea at 3 pm that afternoon. Maybe the ship isn't full if they are letting us book three events on a two day cruise. (We are "gold" and tonight was 15 days after the "platinum" people could book for this cruise.)

DH is very happy about this. He's also hoping we can get a second Palo dinner on the PC cruise.

I had the same problem.

Thanks, we changed our Palo from Day 6 to Day 10 to get a 6PM time.

I added an afternoon couples massage for one of the sea days.

Okay, was able to get excursions and Palo booked, but no tea or brunch was available like others have said.

Now I was trying to fill in some of the forms and got stuck entering flight info. It doesn't give me an option to enter just one way! I'm not flying back to Orlando when I live in California!

No..it's full because I tried to add people to an existing stateroom...I think a lot of guests are either first time cruisers or see this as an inexpensive way to get a Disney cruise..and don't want to spend the extra money.

As long as it's available.. you can book it! Glad you got what you wanted.

We are doing the Outdoor Adventure in PV, the Canopy Zipline and Aerial Tram in CR, and the Las Hadas Resort in Manzanillo.

we're also on the Jeep Adventure in Aruba. I was able to get my Cabana massage and we booked Palo dinner the night we are in Costa Rica (so excited, we've never eaten there before).

Doing the other ports on our own.

We couldn't get the brunch, either. I think they only have X amount and the majority might be onboard

We're also doing the aerial tram in Costa Rica! Managed to get the Historic towns and Tequila making in Puerto Vallarta. Been kicked out again. This is becoming a joke. I am unable to make any nursery reservations. It is driving me bananas,,,

I logged in and kept refreshing for 5 mins till it came up to book, no brunch at 2 mins past by the time it loaded, I am very,very disapointed.
I booked dinner panama canal night but will poss cancel it, I could have booked dinner for my 40th but it seems a bit rude to leave mum and dad that night, last time I found pala a bit pretentious ,thats why I didnt want to go to dinner and would have liked to try brunch.
Sounded like a very frustrating time for some of you, thats what it was like for me the last time.Very frustrating
I booked 2 snorkling trips though as I loved it last cruise.
