I still think though that they should give us something for having to deal with the stupid thing. :)

I know you hate it Jeff, I really do. I think because I am such a Tron fan I like it. I do understand the love of the classic design, I love it myself. By the way, I love you pin set. That is a true keeper. I think the gem in my Disney Collection is either my DRR pin, that was, (no longer given) to the Railroad workers here at Disneyland, or my 1 year pin on my Beauty and the Beast double bubble name tag. When we closed here in L.A. after a two year run they let us keep the name tags.

Jeff and I are stoked to see Tron. We are both sci-fi geeks (no way in heck we're waiting until 4/17 to see the new season of Doctor Who - we'll be hitting bit torrent Saturday to download it). But for Jeff, the monorail should be just a monorail (although he does call the DL monorails sexy).

I love our new Monorails. They have the 59 look, with a future design. Very awesome. We are suposed to get a Tron Monorail.

I love the original tron. Especially more so since I actually understand it. It's just that to me, the WDW monorail is iconic. What they did is no different then painting the eiffel tower in hot pink or putting an ad for FCUK on big ben (Well the tower everyone thinks is big ben).

The monorail is so iconic, that disney actually holds a trade mark on the lear jet style nose that was on the Mark IV, V and VI trains.

And yes, the Mark VII's are sexy. Very very sexy. Even with the stupid cab door.

Has anyone seen anything like a scavenger hunt for Flower & Garden festival this year? If you've ever done one before (I know the topiaries are different) but what parts did you enjoy the most?

 Good morning folks, I just wanted to wish you all a ....

Does anyone know how much a cat 3 is for this cruise for two adults? I don't even know if one is available, but I was curious of the cost. I would love to change categories if the rest of our group does not go

Just noticed that there is the option online now to check prices/book for concierge. Cat T (old cat 3) for 2 adults is $13,486.36.

That's a heck of a jump from a category 11. I've done both Cat 3's and if you can get one of the four sideways ones, they are significantly better. I'm surprised that they actually didn't break them out as a separate category when they redid the entire ship categories.

Wow. $17,892.72 for 2A 2K in the cat 3. I think I will stick with my cat 11, even though it is a guarantee! (Never had a guarantee before, so its a new experience for me!)

Oh, I know! We're in GTY 11B and while I would :love:love:love: to stay in a suite, $6876 for our family of four fits our budget just a little better right now:goodvibes

I'm with you both. We will keep our 11. I'm just so happy to be going through the Panama Canal. I'll take whatever I can get just to do that!:)

Make sure you have acrobat reader installed.
It worked on ie, ta.
I did it. I thought it was fun. I had a bartender from Rockin Bar D come out about ever 30 min to refill my drink, he only charged for 2 refills and I had like 5-6, I left him a nice tip. I made the best of a crapy situation, and I did really have fun.
It sounds fun, :cool2:

She is doing better. The first couple of days were pretty awful. She is still very swollen, and the left side of her mouth is still numb. I'm hoping that will go away when the swelling goes down. She can't open or close her mouth very much at all. Other than that, she is doing pretty well.

How are things going with you?

We are currently in a cat 6, so it is still a jump for us. But it is nice to dream. Where did you finf the option?

Nevermind I found it. But mine is all grayed out. I guess this means not available.

Hi everyone

I mostly lurk on this thread and I will be very happy to cruise thru the PC in my cheap room. I think my last car cost less than that cat. 3 room.:scared1:

I just bought a new camera for this trip but I am going to test it out at the Flower & Garden Festival in May when I go see Davy Jones. Yes, Davy Jones may be a little corny but then again so am I.popcorn::

I would love to see DL after the cruise but I am worried about transportation from port to DL, then from DL to the airport. I need something really, really easy and reliable. I may have to just take the DCL tfrs straight to the airport and skip it. If anyone has any ideas, let me know.

Don't let transportation stop you from going to DL. There are tons of options, and I'm sure as we get closer to the cruise Disney will really start playing it up because it will be even more $$$ for them to play up the proximity of DL and how close it is to the end of your cruise vacation.

I am going to rent a car, which I consider to be easy, but I know its not for everyone. Me personally I love the freedom of being able to drive myself, make any stops along the way, go on my own schedule. They have shuttles from the port to the rental agency (I confirmed this with Hertz), and of course they have shuttles from the airport drop off to the airport terminal. Another easy option would be hiring a town car to take you from the port to DL- you would reserve it privately for you, and they would be ready for you as soon as you debark.

DL is so close, don't miss out.

Over on the DL boards many have recommended this service by Super Shuttle for a private car http://www.execucarexpress.com/

We usually rent a car as I don't mind driving in So Cal.
