I love the Writer's Stop! Your treat sure looks yummy.
Can you believe we have never seen Fantasmic? I'd like to possibly see it next trip. Great update MeMom!

I'm so glad I got it on video.![]()
So much fun to see your Dad doing that!!!! Having you laughing and cheering him on is priceless.![]()
I have to scrape most of the cream cheese frosting off. I like the taste, but just not so much of it.
I have not been to the Christmas Party, but I am sure there will be many here who have and can help you. What I have heard is that it is good, but most people like MNSSHP better for the money. Jus seeing Disney World decked out for Christmas without paying extra will be enough for you, I bet, if you decided not to pay for MVMCP. There are so many resorts that are beautifully decorated, huge and amazing trees at every park, fun window displays, Christmas music and decorations everywhere... I'm sure the party is great, though, and I want to do it once sometime in the future. When we have been at Christmas, our times have been such that we got to see the special parade for free, so I don't feel like we have missed out on much.
Hi friends!! I'm home after a GREAT trip. I'll hopefully start the TR tonight after I load a bunch of pics.
Now off to read & get updated on TRs!!Have a great day!!

Thanks for the stroll through DHS today! I was in Target on Saturday but didn't make it back that far. Clay sends his thanks!![]()
This post is directed to my DIS friends that are teachers.
I'm writing a paper on the "No Child Left Behind Act" I'm doing my research and just wanted some insight from current teachers. I want to have more background knowledge on the subject.
My questions for the teachers are:
How does NCLB affect your classroom?
Do you still look forward to teaching everyday when you have to follow a cookie-cutter curriculum?
Does the curriculum actually make a difference on how the students learn? Are they excited or do they get bored with repeating same thing every day?
Any insight you can give me, will help writing this paper a lot easier.
I'm so glad I got it on video.
That witch scared me when I was younger and her monkeys too - then I would realize her monkeys aren't that bad.
My dad and I made 2 trips to Target this weekend (well my dad made 3) How did we not see these Christmas Disney plates????![]()
I think you're right. I can't wait to see all of the decorations in the MK, the castle lights, and the gingerbread house at the GF. I'm counting the seconds!
Yup I will taking a ride to Target in the very near future!!
Love your pics of DHS at night. I don't remember ever going into the Writers Stop![]()
I was at two Target's yesterday (hunting down the Lego Hogwarts castle) and did not see that Disney Christmas stuff!! Grrr. I saw other Christmas plates but not that...hmmm, odd. It will probably be all gone before I get a chance to get out there again.
I enjoyed my carrot cake cookie. Funny that you scraped off the cream cheese frosting and I could've eaten just one cookie slathered in that! Normally, I don't like icing but I like cream cheese kind.
I love Fantasmic too! It's a great show!
I was at Target today, but I didn't see any cute Disney stuff.
I enjoyed all your DHS pictures. I love fantasmic. It is my favorite night time show.
It was great seeing pictures of the lion and the cheetah.
Great safari photos!
I have many things in my target.com shopping cart!!! Just waiting for Hubby to go to bed
Love the DHS pics especially of the Chip and Dale pins. We have not braved the Fantasmic crowds yet-maybe in Dec.
Great AK photos-CP and I especially loved the giraffe ones
I love seeing all your shopping pictures...even though I was in WDW right after you, you seem to see so many items I miss! I really loved the Mickey Ice Cream Bar BFF necklaces and the Haunted Mansion pins!
You had one very productive evening at DHS! I had all intentions of seeing Fantasmic this past trip but we never did so thank you for those pictures.
Great shots of the male lion standing up and the cheetah
Glad to hear you enjoyed your weekend with your favorite girls.
It's nice to see the lion up and moving!
My cousin and I went to the zoo with our babies last week and I can't tell you the number of comparisons that were made to Animal Kingdom. While I enjoyed our time at the zoo, it made me long for Disney World!
I was in and out of Targets all weekend and had no clue that I needed to be looking for Mickey Christmas accessories! Target.com here I come!
I'm loving all the Safari pics. Yours turned out way better than mine.
I went to Target.com....no luck...they don't ship to Canada..
I really do hope they will have some left on the weekend.
I also want one of those cute Mickey snowman cookie cutters from Walgreen's, that I saw on another thread.
I wanted to share someting that I did buy at Kmart last weekend.
I love it!

They actually had quite a good selection of Disney Christmas items.
Go to Kmart.com and see....I almost bought the Mickey & Minnie inflateable snowglobe.
I bought Lexi a red Wii instead.

The biggest thing with NCLB act is the pressure to have students perform on the standardized tests. There is a lot of stigma attached to not meeting AYP because a subgroup (in our case special ed students) didn't perform as high as they should have!
Yes, we did like those giraffe pictures!![]()
