Oh I agree with CP about the Dalmations theme! TOO cute! That would be so much fun!! That and/or Aristocats! Which is only funny to me b/c The elementary school just announced their play for this year, as Disney's Aristocats Jr.!!! Griffin is already signed up to participate, he loves theater, so hopefully he will be a cute alley cat! 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders. I am sure it is a good way to add extra kids.. can't have enough alley cats
I always am up for a morning Disney shopping trip with MeMom photos!
Disney shopping with my camera is fun for me, too.
I guess I might let Jill pick out the theme, since Bella is her kid and all

, but I will be very happy to help her with any and all things she wants to do. I just thought of this because Bella loves dogs and I thought it would be cute and easy. I enjoy doing the parties, because when my kids were growing up, I didn't have the money to do fun things like this. I did give them a couple of decent parties through the years, but I wish it could have been more.
Great idea for a party! The cake would be so cute. You are not crazy. I was just looking at themes for the boys party in Feb. I think we will do a cowboy theme. Blake has Toy Story Woody boots that he loves and I saw an adorable cake with a cow theme and bandana theme. I wanted to do Mickey mouse, but since it is a combined party, Cooper did not agree. He is more into Toy Story, Incredibles, super heroes. Have a great day! Off to get ready for church.
I have no doubt Jill can make an awesome cake of whatever theme she chooses. She's getting to be quite an expert on making them.
I bet that Toy Story cake was/will be cute.
We had a very touching service this morning. We have had several people who have had really tragic things happen to them, so we had a lot of prayer. The little boy, Caleb, who was hit in the head by the falling rock at Fall Creek Falls is still in a coma. We are sending our entire collection today to that family. The latest on Bill is that his heart stopped, but they revived him. Still no movement. One of our elderly ladies had a bad fall and is in terrible shape. A man who just lost his son to cancer a few months ago is now going through that battle himself. Earthly trials and battles are so hard to go through, but we know that heaven holds all things new and good and pure and healthy in the end for all who obey God and are called according to His purpose.
I think the idea of a 101 dalmation themed party is a great idea! Plus, as usual it will make for good pictures.
So here is the video of my dad in "what's your problem" There was a part that was funny (to me) but I hadn't pushed record yet. The other guy's name was Jacob (or Jake) and you know my dad's name is Ed. So it was "team edward" vs "team jacob" Okay maybe it's not that funny, but it gave half of the audience, including me a good laugh.

Go, Ed!!!

Thanks for sharing that with us!
I love the idea of a Dalmatians party!!! I was obsessed with that movie growing up. I had all the stuffed animals (still do, they're classic!) I think Jill will do an amazing job with the cake especially
If Disney World is missing a cute little Dalmatian from ASMovies after our trip in Feb/March, you'll know where to find it.
I'm just borrowing it. I was gonna give it back!
(Me, as I am carted off to Disney jail.)
So much fun to see your Dad doing that!!!! Having you laughing and cheering him on is priceless.
You can't help rooting for Ed!
great updates and pics.
lots of shopping pics.
I am off to the new
Disney Store in Times Square so have a great day.
I am hoping you are bringing us back shopping pictures from the Disney Store. A few other DISers have been there recently or are going. You guys should plan a meet.
Oh so much to catch up on! I've been away from the DIS for over a month. I just don't seem to have time to make it to the computer much these days. I keep track of email and FB though my phone, but DISing on the phone isn't very easy! I had about 30 pages to catch up on. I enjoyed seeing all the pictures and it has me excited to get back to planning our 1 or 2 days in Disney next summer. Not nearly enough time in my book, but have to go with the other plans this year.
One or two days!

I would be stressed out trying to decide what to do. I'd be grateful for the time, but stressed on how to use it. There would not be a minute of sleep, I bet.
I will meet you anywhere that works for you.
I will absolutely take pics in NYC for you.
I'm jealous that Scottny gets to go there today!
He's a lucky guy to live right there and can go anytime.
I may have to ask him a question or two about his city.
It's all I can do not to tell Lexi, she talks about going there all the time.
I vow to keep this a secret this time....
Isn't Ebay great...for hard to find items or great deals.
Glad to hear you found some figures for the "possible" party.
I can picture how amazing you both could decorate it.
Love the idea CharlestonPrincess had of using dog bowls.
Looks like Ebay has made money off of all of us this week.
I just paid too much for these "Monster High" dolls that Lexi has asked for.
I have looked high and low for these dolls for weeks and weeks...here and in the US.
The search was driving me crazy, racing to stores only to have them sold out, calling stores to see if they got a shipment, searching on the internet.
So yes I cheated and decided I didn't have the time to keep looking.
The only thing not happy is my pocketbook.
I thought I was past this stage in my life of chasing down the "HOT" toys... hopefully this will be the last year...
Not very Disney like I know...I just have to accept that all the gifts under the tree won't be from the Disney Store. LOL
We'll plan on meeting at Nemo, then.
I have not heard of the Monster High dolls, but I am glad Lexi is getting them. You are a good Mommy.
I was just browsing for ideas and came across that whole bunch of little dogs doing alll sorts of mischievous things. They're cute, and better than that, they were cheap.
I hope Scott's camera is clicking in NYC as I write.

Continuing on with my night alone.
I wish, I wish, I wish I would have gotten a Summer 2010 pin!
What will become of the real tombstones that are now covered up?
Sorry so many are fuzzy.
Some handprint pictures from in front of Great Movie Ride.
