Hi Jill and MeMom,
I have been working on reading though this for days.
Love all of your pictures. I actually know that Cinderella. She is a friend of a friend. She won't be there when we go.
I haven't made it all the way through the thread but I feel like I know you both already. I could do it all day long. We are thinking about adding 2 POP days t the beginning of our trip and your pics are making me want to more and more. Thanks!!!
PS-I wish my mom -ed Disney like yours does, Jill.

I thought a week was good until I moved up to ten days. Now I think two weeks is better. If I can ever do two weeks, I'll probably think a month is good. It's an addictive place!

I am glad Jill and I share our love of Disney!

Ok, caught up. I am so tempted to drive up to that Atlanta meet! I even checked the school calendar - Miren has the 9th (Thurs) off but not the 10th (Friday). A nice long weekend would have been perfect! It sounds like it's going to be a nice group and a lot of fun. Of course, then I started thinking that we would have to drive through Disney on the way to Georgia....we may not have made it to the meet.

I love the video of Bella with Belle! Such a cutie!!

I think it's a good idea to switch your Epcot and MK days, too. I'm planning our Halloween weekend the same way: F&W on Monday. And MeMom, looks like you might be buying a 4 day ticket after all?

My car would turn right into Disney World, for sure!

I'll leave the ticket option up to Jill. For me, it's just going to be a matter of a few dollars, but for her it would be over $70. Since this trip is going to be so short, I really think we'll be fine on Tuesday just doing DTD and water things at DTD. We'll have to get everything packed up in the morning, so that'll take time. We'll shop and eat and swim, and it will be time to meet that bad bus all too quickly.

I'm sooooo excited that our Disney trip is almost here, yet oddly sad that I'll have to miss what is looking like an awesome Dis meet! Weird, huh??

I did get my Disney fix today. We went out to see Cindy's best friend's new house and stopped by Town Center Mall to wander around the Disney Store there. I didn't buy much, but did get Carter a couple of Disney shirts for the trip.

I love the video of Bella, it was so cute seeing her play with her doll. I keep wishing Cindy & Seth would decide to have another baby, but so far they seem happy to just have Carter. Of course he's the best grand son in the world, but a little granddaughter would be nice too.

Blue cotton candy ice cream with lots of sprinkles does it too. John freaked out the first time Brooklynn had eaten that and then went to the potty. She was of course fascinated.

Just don't forget the sprinkles. Chelsea and Brooklynn might protest if there aren't enough!

I will be bringing sprinkles as well! Hollie would never forgive me!

Just bring your cupcake decorating talent and anything you'd want to decorate a cupcake with.

Well my backpack is all ready to go tomorrow. I'm not happy that my summer is over, but my mom keeps telling me that the school year can't end if it doesn't start I'll be here tomorrow to let you know how my last first day of high school went.

Jill and I are quite excited about being in a Disney Store again in two weeks!

I want a bunch of grandkids, just like I wanted a bunch of kids. Looks like that's not going to happen. I love the two I have, no doubt, but I guess I figured my three kids would each have three kids, and I'd have nine grandkids. You would absolutely love a granddaughter, and I hope to know what it is like to have a grandson someday.

That would be cool!!!

We'll have to get Jarvis to prepare a tourist agenda for us, and we'll all pack up and go explore Michigan.

There were a lot of animals out that morning. We really like the early morning safaris. The last one of the day is not bad, either, because you see animals moving back to their holding area. Kind of interesting to see the herd of elephants cross over the bridge.

I haven't bought either of them much, because they get so much at birthday parties and Christmas, but yeah, I did think of the Bella/Belle connection in getting the dolls. Do you have any idea of what time we will meet? I am having a bday party for my DS at 6pm. I actually had it scheduled for this past Sat night and found out on Wed that someone had double booked the calendar. He was a bit
disappointed but it was okay because we just rescheduled. Unfortunately, the only Sat avail was the 11th! It is a pool party so we can't do it much later or the kids will turn blue.

Speaking of blue; I had no idea that the tie-dye cheesecake or blue cotton candy would do that!

We have a fall break Oct 14-18 and are heading to WDW for a one day adventure in the MK. We have the GAD/GAD vouchers...we HAVE to use them. I notice that once again our trip barely overlaps and I think that we will miss each other. That seems to be the way it always goes.... We will arrive on the 14th and just swim and hang out...maybe do DTD. Then go the MK on the 15 and stay all day, then checkout on the 16th and go to the beach for 2 days. We are staying at POP...what about you all?

You are more than welcome to bring whatever you want to decorate some cupcakes. This should be a fun little activity!

We'll eat early, I'm sure. Jackie has a wedding that night, too, and we don't want to disturb everyone's day. We'll be driving over from AL and Trent will be driving up from FL. I'm guessing he can leave early and just go directly to whatever mall we're at, so maybe we can plan for noon? I'll talk to him today and see if he can verify that. After we finish eating and socializing, we'll hit the Disney Store, so anyone else that wants to do that can, as well, and anyone who needs to leave can head out. We're really looking forward to it.

Or we might just all come to your pool party!!!

I forgot to answer this part. We were booked at Pop, but Wigd and Shocker were so kind as to sell us some points to Saratoga Springs. Since we have never stayed there, we were/are excited about adding a new resort to our list.

We arrive at bedtime on the 15th and plan to go to Epcot Saturday morning.
