Friends, Wishes & Treats Oct WDW Trip ~ ~Aloha! HI cruise TR is complete!

thank you everyone for our hugs! this year was a bit easier for me...October is just a hard month with Jim's birthday on the 1st, our wedding anniversary on the 4th and the anniversary of us meeting is the 16th, which we will be in WDW for so that will be easier....it will be 18 years ago that Jim walked into my life fell for that cute boy with the pretty blue eyes first thing


so got my computer back about 5 tonight and been trying to get caught up! the good thing is my computer gets to come to WDW with us, so I can DIS a little each day!

can't believe we are at 5 days and 6 days until we get to meet Judy and family and looking forward to meeting up with our other new DIS friends along the way!

did get most of my packing done the last couple of days, just the last minute stuff that morning!

we are getting so excited and can't wait to get there!!!

Your Octobers sound like a bittersweet month for you. I met my dh in October as well and we were supposed to get married in October but had to move the wedding up to Sept. b/c the Navy decided to send dh to sea on our planned wedding date! I'm sure you've had lots of good cries, but I hope you had loads of good memories and I'm really happy you have a part of Jim still with you -- meaning you have Megan. I'm also really pleased to see that even you really didn't plan to head back to Dis so soon, that the timing is probably in your best interest.

So cool that you will have your laptop with you for the trip! Don't worry about updating us though -- just have fun and enjoy your time with Megan and your friends. I'm really jealous and wish I could join you all!!!! I can't believe you leave later this week!!!!

Megan got all her carry-on stuff packed....toys, activities, dvd's, etc. I got my carry-on done too....all that's left is a couple bathroom items, my laptop, chargers and switching over to my smaller wallet!!

We are really excited now! I wish we were going to be there Friday night - I would love to see Rachel play. I've been following their stories and they just seem to be such an incredible family!

I'm hoping for good weather on party day, as well! Mainly for the party, but we are looking forward to swimming with you and Megan, too!

I'm mostly packed and will probably pull it all out and re-pack on Friday. We are so busy this week that the time should fly by!

I am hoping to make a run for chocolate alligators for the kids. I thought that would be a nice Florida touch. We don't have them here, but they have them closer to Disney.
