Friends staying at the same resort, how to get rooms together

How do you get three friends, who are all staying at the same resort, to get their rooms in the same building if at all possible.

Depends on the resort and the size of accomodations. If you are talking about SSR, just request to be in the same building. If you are talking about OKW, you can request, but if they are all studios, you are likely to be on different floors and oposite ends of the building.

When you make your reservations, link your's to your friends reservations, and have them do the same with your's. Note on the reservation that you would like your rooms together. There is no guarantee, remember, but special requests are scheduled first when rooms are assigned, so you may be just down the hall from each other or accross the hall. If you are not arriving together, the first one to arrive should make sure all the rooms are together before accepting the room assigned to them. It's good to check--my daughter was assigned a room on the same floor AT THE OTHER END OF THE HALL, and, at BWV the halls are very long, so she could have been staying at the Swan and been closer. We refused the room, and an hour later the room across the hall from us was clean and ready for occupancy.
