we are flyin to pop in 36 hours booked afridge when made res months ago it didn't show up on the res should we call pop or the wdw travel company

When we booked a fridge, we had to request it at check in. Have you checked out all the swaps on the budget boards? It could be a good way to get a free fridge.

The fridge request usually don't show up on the confirmation but you can call who you booked it through to confirm your request is there.

We generally wind up asking when we get there. It has never been a problem getting one at the last minute.

I have twice requested a frig for medical reasons at POP. Each time I reminded them at checkin. 'No problem.' But each time I had to call mousekeeping to have it delivered. One time it took two calls. That was a little annoying but not a big deal.
