Friday night traffic around DTD--How bad?

We are flying into Sanford, and heading to Saratoga Springs around 11pm on Friday 12/13. We can take Hotel Plaza Blvd or stay on I-4, bypass that exit and loop around using the next exit.

How backed up will the traffic be considering it will be a Friday night?

Avoid it at all cost. It will be bumper to bumper.

Loop around unless you want to sit at a traffic light for 20 minutes and not move

Stay on I-4 and take the next exit (Exit 67 Epcot Center Drive).
Take Downtown Disney Resort Area exit (3rd exit...after DTD/TL and Epcot Resorts/DHS).
Go straight across Bonnet Creek Parkway to Disney Vacation Club Way.
Saratoga Springs will be on the right about another mile.
