Speaking of cinnamon rolls, they are another great grab 'n go option in the parks. Here are some cinnamon roll highlights:

The Candy Painted Cinnamon Rolls from Ice Cold Hydraulics in Hollywood Studios

The Colossal Cinnamon Roll from Kusafiri Coffee Shop and Bakery in Animal Kingdom

Oh, I do love an ooey gooey cinnamon roll every now and then. I think I've only had the one at Gaston's but sadly don't remember being that impressed with it. Possibly because of high expectations based on what I had heard.

I don’t love rolls or pastries with white icing (my first job was at a bakery and that stuff is just too sweet and sticky to face when you start work at 4:45 am!).

+60 lifting and then +45 running. Turns out running approximately 12 hours after lifting makes for a slog. Need to figure out how to fuel or rearrange my schedule. Eh, or I'll just get comfortable with slogging along. This morning's running music including Happily Ever After from the fireworks show. Love that song so much.

Gaston's Cinnamon roll for the win! I'm not a fan of the maple syrup icing they used to have but that super fluffy interior gets me every time. The mickey shaped cinnamon rolls on main street are so dry and hard. Yuck! Give me that yeast raised powder-puff from Gaston's!

I've only had the one from Gaston's, and I did really like it. I didn't have it for breakfast, though. It was a snack later in the day - split three ways. We might have to grab another on our upcoming trip. Or even better, make a point to try all three and see which is best!

I have 95 minutes of walking, yoga, and GrowwithJo as of this afternoon, which brings me to Blueberry! Twilight Sparkle, Raya, ShannyMcB, and the TEAM are all also Blueberry!

Blueberries remind me of one of my favorite grab-n-go breakfast items in WDW, the Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich at Sleepy Hollow Refreshments in Liberty Square!

Unfortunatley, I think it has been removed from the menu, but fortunately, it has been replaced by a Mickey Waffle version!

Can we talk about Tonga Toast at the Poly? Because I've had it once and didn't get the hype. My piece was so big it didn't have the custard-y middle part of French toast that's my favorite. Also there was SOOOOooooo much cinnamon sugar it tasted gritty. Am the only person who doesn't love this dessert for breakfast dish?

I've also had Tonga Toast only once because I didn't care for it. It was so dry and there was so much of it. I do have very fond memories of the Macadamia Pancakes tho.

I have 70 new minutes of yoga, GrowwithJo, and exercise bike. That brings me to Cinnamon Roll along with sophy1996, Twilight Sparkle, PollyannaMom, Shanny McB and the TEAM! Oneanne and Raya have reached Potato Barrel Purple!

Potato Barrels are a cute name that Disney gives to what we might call Tater Tots.

Woody's Lunch Box has a few options. The Breakfast Bowl features Potato Barrels covered in Brisket!

They also have plant-based totchos with "chilli" and "cheese." I honestly don't know what that means but it still sounds pretty good!

Friar's Nook in Magic Kingdom also has lots of tots! They used to have a sausage gravy variant and I'm so sad they don't have it anymore because it sounds so good.


My mouth is watering. I need some Totchos now.
