Frequent Virgin / Virgin Travelstore

Do Frequent Virgins (not Virgin Frequent Flyers) get any discounts from the Virgin Travelstore, or only with Virgin Holidays?

I'm thinking in particular of the WDW passes - anyone ever had a FV dsicount for these?

We're also Frequent Virgins and were told by Virgin that only bookings/tickets purchased DIRECT FROM THEM get the 10% discount as, in their words, the agents all get discounted rates anyway . . . .
