French Coffee Press

Hello everyone,

We have been on three previous Disney Cruises, however this will be the first time we haven't sailed concierge. In the past we have always had access to the coffee machine in the lounge which clearly we don't have this time. I wasn't a fan of Cove Cafe coffee last trip. As a coffee addict and very particular about my coffee, I was wondering if I could bring my small French Coffee Press on board and then just ask for boiling water from room service? This would be the easiest for me, as I can also make iced coffee. I usually drink 3-4 cups a day.

Yes we always bring a French press. I have found the coffee on board to be too weak for my liking.

You certainly may. But, I'll just point out, the water you order from room service is more likely not to be "boiling".

We bring our French Press and get the water from the drink stations on the pool deck. I also bring my own flavored creamer.

You certainly may. But, I'll just point out, the water you order from room service is more likely not to be "boiling".

The Drink Station has Boiling water, that would be better than using room service.

I've never really found it to be "boiling". Really hot was the most I could ever get.
