Freezing up North!!!!!

Ok all,
I wanna know which ones of you are suffering like us in Toronto Canada with this crazy cold front. Talk about overdoseing on Hot Chocolate! Yikes... It'd be nice to build a snow mickey but the tons of snow we have is like ice!
Soooooo.....
Who are freezing their tails off?
And
Who are baking themselves in the warm weather and sunshine???

(Envious of the latter!)

I am right there with you Tigger2on. As of 7:00 am this morning it was -10 and that is without the wind chill, whith the wind chill it is -30.

My poor puppy looks at me like im crazy when I take her outside.

Freezing in Pittsburgh! Temperature is around 2 degrees, with a wind chill of -15! Bbrrrrrrrrrrr

-18 when I started DH's car this morning, and they say it's -40 with the windchill.

we are freezing here too.
I also have a puppy...the poor thing....he pees and then he drops to the ground trying to get his paws off the the ground and can't get back up. I have put newspaper down in the house but he doesn't understand. The poor thing....I hate this!!

Cold here Boston. It's -6 and feels like -28 with the windchill according to the weather site. Brrrrrrr

when I brought DD's to school at 820 my car said -11. Radio said with windchills expected to reach -40 today.

DD's school was just about the ONLY one in Vermont/New Hampshire in our area that did not close.

They normally ride the bus, but with this cold, I drive them. Imagine the bus breaking down along the way...no thanks!

The stupidest part was today is only a 1/2 day...they get out at 1230, WHY the superintendant didn't just CANCEL the day....geez...he's wacked

It's freezing here too. I went food shopping this morning after taking DD to school and it's so cold my face hurt when I was putting my groceries in the car. BURR

I'm in the northeast corner of MA,I love the extreme weather in New England! BRING IT ON!!
As long as I have firewood,I'm fine!!

I'm sorry.......it's about 47F here right now, and going up to low 50's
They say it might get to 72F on Sunday, but rain......we'll see.

I used up North (near Toronto) so I know your pain! (see my tag..... ) Tigger2on.....maybe you can come up with 101 creative ways to sculpture ice????

It's soooooo nice not having to deal with snow.

UPDATE:

Just got back in from playing outside with the kids. They were racing their new Mickey and Buzz radio controlled skateboards.

It is a beautiful sunny warm day - it actually got up to 62F, and we are all out in shirtsleeves!! (sorry )

For everyone freezing up North - just think in 5 short months you'll be complaining about the heat

Sorry but we were in the 60's today too! DS is outside in shortsleeves playing football with friends. I think we will stay nice until Tuesday and it will just dip to the 30's then.
