HI DIS!
My DH Tom and I are staying at Yacht for five nights while I do a conference and then going on the May 5 four day Wonder.
Does anyone have recommendations about what to do in Freeport other than the reg excursions. We did the dolphins at Blue Lagoon on our first cruise- July of 2000 and enjoyed it but not all the walking back and forth to pick up pictures- not ready had to go back twice. We have our own snorkel gear and just want to relax and snorkel a bit without chopping up the day.
One of the fun things we found in Nassau was a little pub in a basement quite close to the dock where they made us wonderful
conch fritters. We like to explore. Has anyone explorred in Freeport. Will we want to explore but be back at the ship for lunch?
Also would appreciate hints on organization. We did a lot of going back and forth- leaving an activity to do something else and then having to do it again. An example is the Post Office at Castaway. They were closed most of the day with no sign about hours and we made the trek several times to get the stamps for the post cards.
We are so excited to do the four nights. The three nights cruise was wonderful for our 25th anniversary but way too short.
