Thanks for all the freebies this week!

Just when I had given up on getting the greeting card(s?) from the American Greetings promo from Wal Mart, it came today. (For some reason I was thinking there were supposed to be 3 cards in that deal, but I got one.) There was a coupon with my free card for a free card with purchase of a card. (Maybe that's where I got the #3 in my head.) I went to file it with my coupons and noticed that it expired 7/31/08.

I hate to say it but I think we have all been part of a scientific experiment conducted by Maddhatir! You know, like Pavlov's Dogs. I was never fond of JD until I discovered this thread. Now I find I get just as excited seeing a picture of him as I do from finding freebies in the mail box. Thanks Madd and all of you freaps! I am now an addict on both counts.

I was already crazy about JD and freebies....but put them together and it's the highlight of my day !

Now if I could just get into the Atlanta Grocery study, and find free balls( I spent almost 2 hours trying to find a code that hadnt been used already, I ended up giving up when the kids tried to Off each other!) in my mailbox it would make my week I already recieved my Buzz campaign yesterday. Let me tell you I was more than excited for this one, I usually buy the cheapest stuff for me. The campaign is for Max Factor, I recieved Volume Couture Mascara in Black, LipFinity in Glowing, and Max Color Genius Blush in Roses, Plus they sent a very nice brush for the blush. I couldnt decide if I looked better in rose or peach colors and I am very happy I went with Rose the lipstick is just a shade darker than my natrual color.

That is a good deal for those. When I was originally prescribed a similar pill (Seasonale) made by that same company, my mail order pharmacy insurance co. called me and told me that there was a generic (Quasense), so the extra amount I had to pay for Seasonale would be $117. My Dr. was fine with switching it to the generic for me. Now, I pay $20 for my 3 month supply. Hmmmm....Do you think there are enough freebie deals I can sign up for to get me through my next quarterly visit from "Aunt Flo"?

I don't think it says but people started entering that contest at like 6:00 this morning and there were well over 500 hits on several sights by breakfast time, so unfortunately I'm afraid it was full long ago.

Yeah Happycampers, I am not sure- I would think it would close as some offers do- but ya never know they could continue to allow sign ups just for the customer contact info- I will hope mine is coming and if not- it won't be the first time I didn't get a freebie-
But I would hate to miss out assuming no one could join- perhaps after 500 they are still sending coupons or something- I am good w/ that too- LOL
