mmkk, we got our first two ferrets when they were babies from a woman who bred them at her house. No farm there..she had a raccoon, too. We took them to our vet who would vaccinate them, and spay them, but he wouldn't descent them. He said it was too risky of a surgery, and unnecessary. They only sprayed twice..once with poor ole' Pogo, and the first time I was play chasing one of them..I guess she didn't think it was funny. They did develop a musky odor so we had to bathe them in that Tar shampoo quite often. Pogo had recently been neutered when he was found. He was BIG, much bigger than our girls. They were so cute, they used to cluck at each other when they played..and they ate our shoes and pooped in the corners of the room...gotta love that!

That's funny. I never even noticed there was no store listed on that page. I just assumed it is for WalMart because they are the only store that sells the All You magazine.

Just have to say thanks for all the freebies, but especially for the magazines. DH is totally blown away that we are getting TV guide and PC for free, and waiting on Prevention, SHAPE and US News. It's amazing, and we are both so grateful.
I also take advantage of the kids stuff to send to DGrandson, and he now comes home from kindergarten and asks if he got any mail today!
So, thanks for all you do!

OK....where's my freap who explained to me that Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte is just pumpkin spice flavored..not pumpkin flavored? (I'm thinking it was Mkrop?)

I started craving one of those lattes as soon as I read your post. So today on my way to Walmart..I stopped at the Starbucks drive-thru . I had a GC that I had left over from teacher's gifts last year, so it was "free". I got a tall(why don't they just call it small-that's what it is) and OMG, OMG, OMG....I wish I had gone for the Super Size. It was so good, by the time I got to WalMart I had already decided to look at their espresso machines..

So I bought...
a cheap Mr Coffee espresso machine-$30
Starbucks espresso-12 oz.(WHEN DID THEY STOP SELLING COFFE BY THE POUND??? - $7
Hazelnut syrup til I found Pumpkin spice-$5

OK, so I stop at Starbucks on my way home to buy the syrup. I ask if they sell their syrups? Yes, we do. Do you have Pumpkin Spice syrup? No, Starbucks doesn't sell THAT syrup, it's exclusive to the store's products. (You have to understand now that I have finished my latte, and it was NOT my first caffinated beverage of the day..) WHAT???!!! I CAN'T EVEN BUY IT ONLINE??? No ma'am, sorry...



HAAAAARRUMMMMPH!!! We will see about that..So I go online and find a few homemade recipes (one actually had PUMPKIN in it ), and nothing seemed right. I did find a site that sells coffees and syrups, and they had a pumpkin spice syrup...so I bought 2.

I am going to be sincerely bummed if this doesn't work out..I don't know if I can justify a $4/day coffee habit...

Soooooo....how was your day??


Anyway, I'm warning y'all that haven't tried the Pumpkin Spice Latte....

DON'T DO IT, IT'S LIKE HEROIN!!!!!

I don't even like coffee..but Pumpkin Spice Latte....is another thing. I had a sample at our grocery store which has a Starbucks and WOW, was that good!
